This cuvee was produced from 100% Pinot Noir  from McIntyre’s sustainably grown estate grapes.   Over the years the grapes from this vineyard has produced outstanding  sparkling wine cuvees for “J”, Sharffenburger, Kornel, Jepson and Tribaut to name a few.

After primary fermentation the cuvee stays in tirage for 4 years prior to disgorgement.  McIntyre only disgorges enough product to sell for 12 months.  The remaining stock remains in tirage for an additional year or more.
