As if a beneficial cardiovascular, and anti-aging benefits of red wine weren’t enough, now as reported in an article entitled Women and Wine: Red Rules, red wine may also help women with weight-loss and libido. There’s also this report that suggests the resveratrol in red wine…“may not be a substitute for exercise, but it could slow deterioration until someone can get moving again.”
So there you have it…Conclusive evidence?…debatable…but why not hedge your bets, and have a glass of red wine, or two! Even it doesn’t help you lose weight, increase your libido, prevent cancer, is exercise in a bottle, or break the political stalemate on the national debt limit, at least it can help you chillax!
